Yesterday, I was scanning Facebook and I ran across Noom….again. I’ve seen it about a dozen times on my feed. I guess their paid ad worked because I finally clicked on it, opened it up, and decided to give it a try.
I’m on day 2 and so far, so good. Being a Weight Watcher fanatic over the years, I’ve always been able to loose the weight but over the past 3 years….I’ve struggled. I figured another program similar with accountability and flexibility would be worth trying.
And, with it being free for 2 weeks, what do I have to lose- except hopefully some weight or inches (which is really what I’m aiming for)?!? You can check out a few screen shots below of the app if you want to know more. I’ll keep you all updated as to my progress and how I end up liking it compared to good ol’ Weight Watchers.
Now that I’ve blogged about it (and even showed you my weight, gasp), I’m going to have to follow-through, right?!? With that said, I’m still loving my Instant Pot for nightly meals, so if you’ve got some healthy recipes, will you send them my way??? I went over my daily calories by 87 so I’ll need some great ideas soon!
